Renew

The easiest way to renew is to access our membership system using the link below. You need to use the same email address you have registered with us (no password required). If you have forgotten which email address you used or have any issues using the membership system, please contact the Membership Secretary.

Membership Fees

Following agreement at the AGM in April 2024, and as communicated in Tidings, our membership fee structure has now been simplified (no longer split by age) and our annual membership fees are now as follows:

  • Individual - Β£10

  • Couple / Household - Β£15

  • Corporate - Β£25

  • Postage supplement (optional) - Β£10

We hope you feel able to support us at these new levels.

If you feel you can only continue to support us at your current rate, we are offering renewing members the option to remain on their existing lower β€œlegacy” rate (for the next 12 months).

If you joined prior to the change in fees and you renew online:

  • To accept the new fee, when you renew, please select the appropriate new membership fee from the drop-down list

  • If you feel you can only support us at your current rate, please select your existing  "legacy" fee

Renewal Dates

Memberships are due for renewal 12 months after you first joined.

If you joined prior to 2022, it is likely your membership renews on 31st December each year, if you joined, or re-joined, after this, it will be 12  months from when you first joined.

Reminder emails are sent out prior to the renewal becoming due, and again if your membership expires. A link to your membership account is included in the reminder email; you do not need a password to sign in to your account.

Paying by Standing Order

For those who have set up a regular payment by Standing Order, we will process your renewal for you when we receive your payment and you will only get a reminder email to renew if we do not receive your payment into our bank account within a month of the due date. Please remember to adjust your Standing Order amount with your bank to match the fee you wish to pay.

Please note that we do not offer payment by Direct Debit, so you need to instruct your bank about any payments to us.

Payment Options

Payment can be made online using PayPal or credit / debit card (just select the PayPal option). Payment can also be made offline by standing order, bank transfer or cheque.
