Campaign for cleaner river water laws

SOLAR (the group set up to campaign against Thames Water’s Teddington Direct River Abstraction scheme) has finally got agreement from the Parliamentary Petitions Committee to raise an e-petition statement, and it is now live. (A statement must be one of national, not local, scope.)

The petition is attempting to force national policy change that will protect the Thames and all UK water bodies.
