Grove Gardens Consultation

The Council are running a consultation on whether parks and open spaces in the borough should continue to be locked at night (if they currently are). The aim being to generate savings.

A trial was held between September and November (although for Grove Gardens it was only until October). Now they are seeking views on whether it should be permanent for each of the 13 sites they currently lock - one of which is Grove Gardens.
