Teddington Footbridges
The Council have announced that Teddington Footbridges will be closed from 8pm on Friday 14 June until 6am on Monday 17 June 2024 to facilitate replacement of the ramp on the Teddington side
The Council has stated:
“ To attach the temporary access ramp, we will need to close the bridges over one weekend next month. This will take place from 8pm on Friday 14 June until 6am on Monday 17 June.
We will be working 24/7 to ensure all the necessary works are completed so we can reopen on the Monday morning.
Over the weekend there will be lots of activity and some noisy works during the day and night. This is the only option to keep the closure to the weekend, avoiding disruption to commuters and schools during the week.
If you have any concerns, we will be holding drop-in sessions on Wednesday 5 June and Tuesday 11 June from 8am to 5pm so you can come down and speak to the project team.”
