The Thames Path is 30 years old this year

To mark The Thames Path's 30 years as a National Trail, there's a relay walk from the source (which started on 5 June) to Woolwich (reaching there on 28 June).  

UPDATE The planned walk from Kingston to Kew Bridge on Wednesday 24 June has been cancelled due to the heatwave.
