Proposed Broad Street Development

After the Council refused a planning application to put another storey on 59-67 Broad Street (above Tapi, Costa, Boots etc) the developers have submitted a subsequent application for a slightly smaller development, but still placing another storey on 59-67 Broad Street.

This building is surrounded by the Broad Street and Church Road conservation areas and is next to and opposite buildings of townscape merit. There are already 21 objections on the planning website.
